How it will work

It will fit around the work your firm already does.

  1. Set up once

    The owner will set it up once, pointed at the documents your firm already works from.

  2. Work as usual

    Staff will keep working the way they do today.

  3. Marked before it goes out

    As AI-drafted text is about to go out, each sentence that states a fact will be marked against your own documents.

  4. A person decides

    Your person will decide what to do with each mark, and VeriBasis will keep a record of who checked what.

The four marks

Each sentence that states a fact will get one of four marks.

Plain words, set against your own documents.

  • Matches your file

    One of your documents says the same thing. You’ll see which one.

  • Differs

    Your document says something else. Both will be shown, side by side.

  • Not found

    It wasn’t found in your documents.

  • Not checked

    It couldn’t be checked, and the mark will say so.

Plain about its limits

It won’t be the judge.

It will show what your documents back, what they don’t, and what it couldn’t check. Deciding what’s right will stay with your people.
